Dumbo Jump Privacy Policy

Effective September 27, 2026 (revised)

한국어

Dumbo Jump never asks for your name, email, phone number, or location. There is no sign-up and no password. However, the leaderboard, 1:1 races, and usage statistics do send the information listed below to a server. Here is exactly what goes where.

Anonymous sign-in

The leaderboard and races need to tell devices apart. The app gets a random anonymous ID from Google's Firebase Anonymous Authentication. No name, email, or phone number is attached to it.

What is stored on the server

The following is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) servers:

What others can see: anyone can see the nickname, height, and character on the leaderboard. In a race, your opponent sees your nickname, character, skill total, and movement. Your fastest race of the day may appear as a ghost in other players' races.

If you never choose a nickname, nothing is posted to the leaderboard.

How long it is kept, and how to delete it

What is stored on your device

The game has to remember where you left off. The following is stored on your device:

Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also clear it yourself from the in-game settings. Records already on the server stay after the app is deleted, so please remove them as described above.

Usage statistics

To improve the game, we use Google Analytics for Firebase. It collects:

This is not linked to your name or contact details. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used, and ad personalization signals are turned off. Data is collected only after the ad consent flow allows it; otherwise nothing is sent.

Currently only the iOS version sends statistics. The Android version does not.

In-app purchases

Ad removal (Ad Pass) is paid through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by the store; the developer never receives them. The app only remembers on your device whether you bought it.

Advertising

Dumbo Jump shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may use device information to select and deliver those ads, and that processing is governed by Google's own policies.

Why we ask about tracking

On iOS, the app asks whether you allow tracking the first time you open it. If you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used to choose more relevant ads.

Saying no changes nothing about the game. Ads still appear and no feature is locked — the ads are simply not personalised.

You can change your answer at any time.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your information. The companies below process it only as needed to run the app:
